2. Renewals & Upgrades
- New subscription: Full refund within 30 days
- Auto-renewal: Refund available within 7 days of renewal
- Upgrade difference: Refund of the price difference within 7 days of upgrade
3. Refund Rules
- Subscriptions auto-renew; you can disable auto-renewal anytime in Settings
- After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of the current billing period
- No pro-rata refund for partially used periods (except within the 30-day guarantee)
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Beyond the refund guarantee period (30 days new / 7 days renewal)
- Service terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Promotional pricing is final; no additional refunds
5. Refund Method
- Refunds are returned via the original payment method
- Processing takes 5-10 business days; actual receipt time depends on the payment channel
6. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through the following methods:
- In Settings → Subscription Management, click "Request Refund"
- Email customer service with your order number and refund reason
- Self-service via the payment providers customer portal
7. After Cancellation
- AI call limits and data capacity revert to free-tier standards
- Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Downgrade to the Free plan with free-tier features
8. Special Notes
We reserve the right to review refund requests to prevent abuse. For malicious refund or fraud attempts, we may deny the refund and terminate service. All refund decisions will be communicated within 3 business days.
