DataInsight is an AI-native smart spreadsheet data analysis and visualization platform, providing data import, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and AI-assisted analysis. By using this service, you agree to comply with the following terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide truthful and accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for protecting your account credentials
  • Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Data Ownership

  • Data is processed only in your browser; we do not store your business data
  • You own all business data you upload
  • We will not access your data content unless required by law
  • You are responsible for backing up your important data

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

  • AI-generated analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice
  • AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete results
  • You should make your own judgments and bear responsibility for decisions based on AI analysis
  • AI services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues

5. Paid Services

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, processed by our payment provider
  • Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the current period
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days advance notice

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Do not use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or others data
  • Do not upload files containing malicious code
  • Do not abuse AI interfaces (e.g., bulk automated calls, malicious attacks)

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these terms from time to time
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification in advance
  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for interruptions or errors of third-party services (e.g., AI model providers)

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
