DataInsight is an AI-native smart spreadsheet data analysis and visualization platform, providing data import, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and AI-assisted analysis. By using this service, you agree to comply with the following terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide truthful and accurate registration information
- You are responsible for protecting your account credentials
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Data Ownership
- Data is processed only in your browser; we do not store your business data
- You own all business data you upload
- We will not access your data content unless required by law
- You are responsible for backing up your important data
4. AI Analysis Disclaimer
- AI-generated analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice
- AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete results
- You should make your own judgments and bear responsibility for decisions based on AI analysis
- AI services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
5. Paid Services
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, processed by our payment provider
- Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the current period
- We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days advance notice
6. Prohibited Activities
- Do not use the service for any illegal purpose
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or others data
- Do not upload files containing malicious code
- Do not abuse AI interfaces (e.g., bulk automated calls, malicious attacks)
7. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these terms from time to time
- Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification in advance
- Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
8. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for interruptions or errors of third-party services (e.g., AI model providers)
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
10. Overseas Use, AI, and Ads Measurement
- We may use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand registration, purchase, and similar advertising outcomes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- When you use AI features, your submitted data, prompts, or configuration may be sent to AI service providers selected by you or configured by the platform, and that processing is subject to the providers terms.
